FM Agency Group provides insurance information and helps you request homeowners, rental property, auto and personal umbrella quotes. By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Accepting these terms or browsing the site does not, by itself, authorize marketing texts, automated calls or AI-generated voice calls.
Website content and assistant responses are general information, not a binder, insurance contract, legal advice or a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, price or savings. Illustrative stories and examples are not guarantees of actual outcomes. Quotes are subject to insurer underwriting and verification. Coverage begins only when confirmed by an authorized licensed agent or insurer. Your issued policy, including its exclusions, limits and deductibles, controls. We currently write property insurance only in Louisiana.
Provide accurate information and only contact details you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if your phone number or contact preferences change. Do not submit payment card details, Social Security numbers, account passwords or sensitive medical information through the chat. Do not misuse the site, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation. The site is intended for adults seeking insurance services.
If you separately opt in to text messages from FM Agency Group, messages may concern your quote, requested follow-up, appointments, policy service and, where separately authorized, insurance offers. Message frequency varies with your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing insurance. You may also contact us directly to revoke consent or change your preferences. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages to report an emergency or assume a text changes or binds coverage.
When you request a call, FM Agency Group may have a representative contact you about that request. Where offered, calls may use automated dialing, prerecorded messages or an artificial / AI-generated voice, but only after obtaining the consent required for the call, including prior express written consent for marketing calls using these technologies where required by law. Agreeing to these terms does not supply that consent, and consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance.
An AI caller must identify itself as an automated assistant calling for FM Agency Group. You may request a licensed representative or ask that calls stop. Revoke calling consent by telling the caller, calling 504.348.3131 or emailing contact@fmagencygroup.com; reasonable revocation requests will be honored as required by law. Marketing calls must follow applicable calling-hour and do-not-call rules. Licensed agents are available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. AI assistants do not have authority to bind coverage. If a call is recorded or transcribed, notice and any legally required consent must be provided before recording begins.
We may email you in response to an inquiry, to deliver requested quote information or to service your insurance relationship. Promotional email requires the applicable permissions and must offer an unsubscribe option. Use that link or email contact@fmagencygroup.com to stop promotional email. Opting out of promotions does not necessarily stop necessary service, policy or legally required notices. Email delivery is not guaranteed; contact a licensed agent to confirm any time-sensitive coverage request.

Their answers are not a substitute for advice from a licensed agent, an insurer, an official licensing authority or a qualified professional. Property data, map imagery, contractor records and roof-discount information may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm important information with the original authority. We may update, interrupt or discontinue website features. Our original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws; third-party material belongs to its respective owners. We may revise these terms and will update the effective date when we do. Changes to communication permissions requiring new consent will not be authorized simply by posting revised terms. Louisiana law governs these terms to the extent consistent with applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections.
